Stay with me, autumn! // OOTD

Greetings my loves! Let's admitt it. I am an awful blogger. I know. This post is going up so late, I am sorry...While looking at these photos I don't want autumn come to an end. I know that Christmas is comming, however I think I love autumm more. Cosy nightes spend cuddling with a warm blanket, lighted candles, first morning mists and colorful leaves. This sounds perfect to me! Also it is not that cold outside. That is the explenation why I am not wearing any sweater in this autumnal outfit post. Now I wouldn't probubly wear it without some thick sweater. By the way I love that scarf with my whole life. It is large blanket scarf, which means I can wrap myself up in it like a burrito. This winter is all about the scarves for me. I can't stop looking at those beautiful colours. Something about autumn is so magical and warming.

Faux leather shorts are just incredible for autumn. I love how they underline my waist. Bought with a huge discount at H&M at the and of the summer. I decided to pair it with a burgundy turtleneck originaly from Zara. I found it in a vintage store last month and since than I cannot stop wearing it! Parka is from last year and these incredible boots from F&F. I feel like everything in this look I bought on sale. Crazy.

Also I fell in love with plum lipsticks. Sorry guys, I cannot help it. And I openly blame Hannah Maggs for it! I don't really like to spend a fortune on lipsticks, so I was searching for some cheap duplicate to Charlotte Tilbury's Matte Revolution Lipstick in "Glastonberry" and this Alverde "Dark Plum" was the closest thing I could find. I wear it almost every day now. A brave decision of me.

Photos were taken in the park in Moravský Krumlov. Me and my boyfriend went for a nice autumnal walk and because I knew how beautiful this park is in the time of autumn. That is the reason why I dragged my camera with me all the way from Brno. I thought that "the golden hour" is the perfect time to take some photos for you! It was the kind of day when mist sits on the river banks. Everything looked magical!

Autumn Mood

Hello everybody still reading this blog. I hope that you are getting through autumn depression better than I am! A few weeks passed since I wrote a new article and I am back here to talk to you. About life...about autumn. I wanted to focus on school at least for this first semester. I am super excited but scared at the same time. I have sooo many books to read! It's crazy!

This month I started to take a lot more walks. Sometimes I took my buddy camera with me and this is basically how this article was born. I feel inspired again. By the colours and people...I think that - for me personally - autumn it the most beautiful season of all four. It is like magic season. Morning mists, pouring rains and early setting sun. Nights are longer and it is the time when I can take my deer mug with a hot chocolate in it "sprinkled" with a mountain of cinnamon. Lighted candle in my room which amplifies the mysterious atmosphere and cosyness. Yes...this sumps up my favourite autumnal evening...

Also today is Halloween! You will definitely see some "pumpkin photos" on my Instagram today...I feel like I am talking too much. Well, I will leave you to these photos.  It is time for you to dive into the darkness...(and sunset)...

(Also you can tell me in the comments if you like them and share with me some of your tips. It would mean the world to me!)

Oven-Roasted Hokkaido Squash

Hello everyone! I am finally back and with a new recipe for you. Probably the easiest one in the world. I feel almost embarassed to share it with you, how easy it is. Since it is already fall (which makes me unbeleavebly happy) I decided to make myself a good old squash. Well...the squash was freshly harvested this month from our garden. And now I don't know where I was coming from with that...great....Well, I wanted to say how much I've missed you, even though you don't comment on my posts, I know you are still here people! (Thanks Blogger Statistics)

Let's start with this recipe!

You will need:
1 Hokkaido Squash
2 cloves of olive oil
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of dried thyme
+ seasoning of your choice (rosemary, sage...)

1)
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking paper on your baking tray. This is very important. Your squash will otherwise stick on a tray. And we don't want that.

2)
 Cut the squash in half.

3)
Now it is time to take out all these seeds with a tablespoon.

4)
Cut the squash into wedges.

5)
Move the wedges on prepared tray and drizzle it with olive oil. Add sliced garlic, salt and thyme (or other seasoning of your choice).

6)
Put it in the oven for about 40 minutes. 10 minutes before you take it out of the oven, you can a add a twig of fresh rosemary or leaves of sage.

7)
Let it cool down for a few minutes. When you have your delicious squash on a plate, you can drizzle it again with a tiny bit of olive oil and add salt.

Ta-da!

Lucy
